The Rotary Club of River Cities (proudly serving the communities of Mount Prospect, Des Plaines, and Prospect Heights, Illinois, USA) welcomes guests to join us at any of our meetings. 

As of July 2021, the Club is meeting on Tuesdays at 12:15pm at Trezero's Kitchen + Tap, 302 West Northwest Highway in Mount Prospect.  Contact the Club President for information, Sharon Lynch at slynchc21elm@gmail.com  

 
Who are we?  We are “People of Action”

Rotary Club of River Cities is a local group of individuals who come together to serve the communities of Mount Prospect, Des Plaines and Prospect Heights, Illinois through service projects such as Operation Warm, Bessie’s Table, Village Mount Prospect Food Pantry, Night Ministry, Frisbie Senior Center, Salvation Army bell ringing, Hawks Care Pantry though Harper College, WINGS, Harbor House, and more!

We also come together to support local youth outreach, summer reading programs and summer camp scholarships.

In addition, we provide approximately $8,000 in educational and vocational scholarships annually to local students. We also send a select number of high school students to RYLA, Rotary Youth Leadership Awards each year.

Rotary International is an international service organization whose stated purpose is to bring together business and professional leaders in order to provide humanitarian service and to advance goodwill and peace around the world. It is a non-political and non-religious organization open to all people regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation / identity or political preference.

Rotarians gather weekly to develop friendships as an opportunity for service. The Rotarian's primary motto is "Service Above Self".
